सेवा की शर्तें

ये सेवा की शर्तें («Terms») FaceSwaply और उसके AI photo/video tools के access और use को govern करती हैं। Account बनाकर या service use करके आप इन Terms से सहमत होते हैं।

Service

FaceSwaply online AI tools provide करता है, जिनमें शामिल हैं (लेकिन सीमित नहीं):

• AI Face Swap और Video Face Swap
• Restore Face, Face Retoucher और Age Progression
• AI Headshot Generator और AI Hairstyle Generator
• Photo to Cartoon, Photo to Emoji, Image Upscaler, Restore Image और Background Remover

Features, credit costs, output quality और availability समय के साथ बदल सकते हैं। AI results automatically generate होते हैं और input quality, settings और model behavior पर depend करते हैं।

Account requirements

Accurate account information दें, credentials secure रखें और FaceSwaply केवल lawful purposes के लिए use करें। Account under सभी activity की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।

अधिकांश AI tools signed-in account require करते हैं। आपकी jurisdiction में binding agreement करने की legal age होनी चाहिए।

Subscriptions और credits

Paid plans, subscriptions और credit packs pricing/checkout pages पर described हैं। Selected plan के अनुसार fees bill होती हैं। Tool/workflow के अनुसार eligible AI jobs submit/complete होने पर credits consume होते हैं।

Law द्वारा required होने को छोड़कर, processed charges non-refundable हैं। विवरण: Payments & Refunds Policy।

Your content

Uploaded photos, videos और अन्य content तथा generated outputs की ownership आपके पास रहती है, इन Terms और applicable law के अधीन।

Content submit करके आप declare करते हैं:

• Content का owner हैं या upload/edit के लिए सभी rights, licenses और permissions हैं
• Use किसी law या third-party rights का violation नहीं करता
• Uploads/shared outputs में identifiable person के face/likeness के लिए, जहाँ required हो, consent प्राप्त है

Service operate, secure और improve करने के लिए content host, store, reproduce, transmit और process करने की limited license आप हमें grant करते हैं।

Acceptable use

आप agree करते हैं कि FaceSwaply का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे:

• Unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, exploitative या harmful content upload/generate करने के लिए
• Non-consensual intimate imagery create/distribute करने या consent के बिना sexualize करने के लिए
• Impersonation, deceiving deepfakes या edited media को authentic दिखाने के लिए
• Defame, bully, humiliate या किसी को false/damaging context में रखकर endanger करने के लिए
• Minors को inappropriate, exploitative या non-consensual scenarios में involve करने वाला content upload करने के लिए
• Privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark या अन्य IP rights violate करने के लिए
• Platform disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload या limits/security controls bypass करने के लिए
• Written permission के बिना service resell, sublicense या misrepresent करने के लिए

Terms violate करने या risk create करने वाले content/accounts review, restrict, remove या refuse हो सकते हैं।

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated results imperfect, unrealistic या intended use के लिए unsuitable हो सकते हैं। Share/publish से पहले outputs review करने की पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।

FaceSwaply guarantee नहीं करता कि outputs accurate, unique, artifact-free या professional, legal, medical, identity या employment purposes के लिए fit होंगे।

Intellectual property

FaceSwaply, branding, software, website और documentation हमारी या licensors की property रहती है। Service use के लिए आवश्यक limited rights के अलावा कोई rights grant नहीं होते।

Platform content आपके rights violate करता है तो sufficient detail के साथ support@faceswaply.kong0.xyz contact करें।

Suspension और termination

Terms violation, security/legal risk या unpaid fees पर access suspend/terminate हो सकता है। आप कभी भी service use बंद कर सकते हैं।

Disclaimer और liability

Service «as is» और «as available» basis पर provide होता है। Law द्वारा permitted maximum extent में merchantability, fitness for particular purpose और non-infringement warranties disclaim करते हैं और indirect, incidental, special, consequential या punitive damages की liability limit करते हैं।

कुछ jurisdictions certain limitations allow नहीं करतीं; उपरोक्त का कुछ apply नहीं हो सकता।

Changes और contact

Terms समय-समय पर update हो सकती हैं। Material changes इस page पर post होंगे। Effective date के बाद continued use updated Terms की acceptance है।
