Information we collect

Account and billing information

• Name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences
• Subscription status, credit balance, purchase history, and billing records processed through our payment provider

Uploaded media and AI job data

• Photos, videos, and other files you upload to run AI tools such as face swap, video face swap, headshot generation, image restoration, upscaling, and related workflows
• Job settings, processing status, output files, timestamps, and error logs needed to complete and support your requests
• Because many uploads contain faces, your content may include information that could identify a person

Usage and technical information

• Pages visited, tools used, feature interactions, and referral or campaign data where applicable
• Device, browser, IP address, and security logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the platform

How we use information

We use personal data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve FaceSwaply and its AI tools
• Authenticate users, store job history, and deliver generated outputs
• Process subscriptions, credit purchases, refunds, and billing events

AI processing and third-party providers

To deliver AI results, we use trusted infrastructure and service providers, including:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers such as Cloudflare to run the platform and store uploaded and generated media
• Payment processors such as Stripe to handle subscriptions and credit purchases
• AI inference providers such as fal.ai and Replicate to process uploaded photos and videos
• Email and database vendors needed for account management and notifications

These providers receive only the data required to perform their function and must protect it under contractual obligations. When you submit an AI job, relevant uploaded media and job parameters may be transmitted to an AI provider for processing.

Uploaded content and face-related data

FaceSwaply is designed to process images and videos that may contain faces. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit that content.

We process uploads and outputs solely to provide the requested service, maintain your job history, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Please avoid uploading sensitive documents, government IDs, medical records, or other information not needed for your editing task.

Data retention

We retain account, billing, and job records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Uploaded media and generated outputs may be stored so you can access job history and download results. We may delete or expire stored media after a reasonable period, when you delete associated jobs or your account, or when retention is no longer necessary for service delivery.

You may request deletion of personal data by contacting us at support@faceswaply.kong0.xyz. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and billing compliance.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children
