Payments & Refunds Policy

This Payments & Refunds Policy explains how FaceSwaply manages paid plans, credits, billing, and refund requests for our AI photo and video tools.

1. Paid features

Some FaceSwaply tools and workflows require an active subscription, credits, or another paid plan. Examples include AI face swap, video face swap, headshot generation, image restoration, upscaling, and other credit-based AI jobs.

Prices, included credits, plan limits, and per-tool credit costs may change over time. Current details are shown on our pricing and checkout pages.

2. Payment processing

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method valid for renewals.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not itself create a refund; eligible payments may be refunded under Section 5 or as required by law.

Plan benefits, credit allotments, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and in your account.

4. Credits and top-ups

Credits are used to run eligible AI jobs across FaceSwaply tools. Credit requirements may vary by tool, input type, resolution, duration, and selected settings.

Credits may be deducted when a job is submitted or completed, depending on the workflow. If a job fails due to a verified service issue on our side, credits may be restored at our discretion.

Promotional, bonus, or trial credits may expire, may not be transferable, and may not be refundable.

5. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

Each eligible subscription payment or one-time credit purchase has its own 30-day refund window beginning on the payment date. The guarantee applies to the paid credits allocated by that payment:

  • If none of those paid credits have been used, you may request a full refund.
  • If some have been used, you may request a proportional refund for the unused paid credits.
  • If all paid credits allocated by that payment have been used, that payment is no longer eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

The proportional refund is calculated as: amount actually paid × unused paid credits from that payment ÷ total paid credits allocated by that payment. Discounts are therefore reflected in the refundable amount. Completed tasks remain consumed even if their output is later deleted.

Free, trial, promotional, bonus, referral, compensation, or otherwise non-purchased credits have no cash value and are excluded from refund calculations. When an account contains credits from multiple payments or promotions, our credit ledger and applicable consumption order determine which credit lot was used.

A subscription renewal is a separate payment with its own 30-day window. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current or previous billing period. A refund removes the refundable credits associated with that payment and may end access to benefits tied to it.

This guarantee does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or refunds required by applicable law. We may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, repeated refund behavior, or material violations of our Terms of Service.

6. Refund process

Use the refund controls in your account when available. Otherwise, contact support@faceswaply.kong0.xyz within the applicable 30-day window with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

7. Payment issues

If a payment fails, is charged back, or is associated with abuse or policy violations, we may suspend access, cancel pending jobs, or close the account as allowed by our Terms of Service.

8. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
